IN PERSON: Fun and Explorative Collage

“Collage is a particular technique that gets us to loosen up. It is perfect for beginners wanting to jump in and great for seasoned artists needing new ideas or a jumpstart. Many collage materials are made from scratch in my class. This can include drawing, using stencils, mixing paints, painting paper and a range of printmaking techniques. I like to say that I get people so busy that they forget to get nervous or self conscious. Primarily I believe that if we can make stuff with our hands then we feel better and more relaxed.
