In Person: Watercolor Painting from Photographs

For beginning and intermediate artists.

This in-depth 6-week Tuesday evening class is perfect for beginning and intermediate painters who want to expand their knowledge and experience with the watercolor medium. Topics covered include materials, composition, washes, values, color mixing and more. Also discussed will be various painting strategies, tips, tools, and advanced textural techniques. While students will be encouraged to paint from their own reference photos, optional “group projects” will be offered as an alternative, with on-going teacher demonstrations. Throughout the course, students will receive individual attention and coaching on their own work.
