In this online weekend art retreat, we’ll focus on drawing people. We’ll draw from photos, some supplied and others we might find for ourselves—people who are well known and those we’ve never seen before. Not only will we be exploring drawing in stick charcoal, colored pencil, crayon and watercolor paint but we’ll be looking for how we can infuse our drawings with feeling and find freedom in our own hand. The drawing skills we explore in this class can be applied to all subject matter. This is a fun, relaxing drawing retreat.
