Online: Drawing from Nature in Winter

All levels welcome; some drawing experience is helpful.

Winter is the perfect season to celebrate the muted hues and forms in nature. Join us in this workshop to refine your drawing skills, focused on an interesting rock, winter twig, or seedpod from your collection (or a photo of Helen’s). Drawing in detail, we’ll explore ways of using graphite alone and/or with watercolor to render neutral tones and textures. Instruction will include live demos, helpful tips, and feedback.
