Join us on Wednesday, March 19th for an Artist Demo with Paula DeSimone! The monotype process is an exciting way to create unique prints. This demo will dive into the creative process of how one-of-a-kind prints are created on rice paper threw off-press (manual) techniques. Reductive techniques as well as found materials will be incorporated to create interesting imagery. Examples of monotypes will be showcased including monotypes with collaged elements as a means of creating colorful, complex compositions.
