ELIGIBILITY
Show is open exclusively to members of the Concord Center for the Visual Arts. Accepted media includes Painting and Sculpture. Work must have been completed within the last three years and not previously exhibited at Concord Art.
ENTRY PROCEDURES
Artists may submit up to two pieces at $10 per entry. Fees are not refundable. Artists may become members at the time of delivery. All work must be for sale. Concord Art receives 1/3 of the sale price and reserves the right to photograph artwork for publicity purposes. Please complete the entry forms that are in this flyer and attach to each piece of art.
SPECIFICATIONS
Artwork cannot exceed 48” in any direction (including frame and display units). 3D work must be stable. 2D work must be suitable for hanging and firmly wired. Please, no saw tooth hangers, no sandwich/clip frames. We cannot accept work not adhering to these specifications.
NOTIFICATION 
Artists whose works has been accepted will be posted at staging2.concordart.org on Thursday, January 9, after 9pm.
RETRIEVAL DATES
Artwork that is not accepted must be picked up Friday, January 10 from 10am-4:30pm, Saturday, January 11 from 10am-4:30pm, and Sunday, January 12 from 12pm – 4pm.
Once the show closes, accepted work should be picked up Monday, February 10 from 12pm-4pm, or Tuesday, February 11 from 10am-4pm. Artists will be charged a $15 storage fee for work not picked up by the designated dates. Artists will have been notified if work is sold.
INSURANCE
Concord Art carries a blanket policy covering fire, theft and breakage at 100% of the sale price. Concord Art insurance covers the work of an artist during the course of the exhibition only. Concord Art will not assume responsibility for work left after the designated pick up dates.
